Nacho is a true people connector, surrounding himself with passionate professionals who give their absolute best to every tour group. For Nacho, each journey is a fresh canvas, an opportunity to pour his decades of experience, care, and love for travel design into a unique masterpiece.

Now leading Oros, Nacho’s deep connection to the company spans over 20 years, during which he has been instrumental in shaping it into the experience it is today.

When he isn’t on the road guiding a group, you’ll find him walking his dog, Pipa. An avid marathon runner, Nacho never skips a training session, no matter where in the world he is. He finds true joy in life's everyday rituals, practiced with intention: coffee, bread, and olive oil, the premium kind, of course.

For María, nothing beats the magic of seeing her groups fall in love with Spain. Having led dozens of tours, she thrives on sharing hidden local secrets and bringing her passion for Fine Arts onto the road to make history and culture come alive. When she isn't guiding, teaching Spanish language or studying art, she is usually reading, painting, or baking up a storm.

Rocío Pérez

Rocío is a madrileña in love with flamenco, traveling, and encountering new people. She has a BA in Philosophy and a degree in Acting. She has lived and trained as an artist in Amsterdam, Chile and the US. When she is not leading tours, she spends her time performing and teaching as well as making nature-inspired watercolors in Asturias.
